All our staff would be undergoing our own exclusive training programme as per PSARA specific requirement of the client before they are being deployed to the respective sites. In addition, we will be conducting Refresher courses once in every three months and also we conduct firefighting operations wherever required by our own team of professionals to ensure highest safety and security.

Our trained Field Staff will conduct visits to guarding sites and periodically review the security set up like Guard turnout, security awareness and other related matters and will include any special instruction by the clients. Our team will interact with the clients regularly. Our field staff will conduct on job training and supply feedback input to the client indicating the individual’s performance. By this training we constantly enhance the quality and performance of our staff.
